Our payment link Statuses allows you to track your payments via the dashboard.
1. Draft
- Your payment link is saved but not sent to your customer yet. Hence your customer cannot make payment.
- When you're ready to send it out, click "payment link" in the Actions column.
2. Unpaid
- Your payment link has been sent to the customer, but he/she has not paid yet.
- The payment link is still within its expiry date.
3. Paid
- Your customer has fully paid the payment link
- You will receive the funds in your - IDR Cash Account
4. Settled
- Payment is now fully settled into your IDR Cash Account.
- You can proceed to withdraw funds from your IDR Cash Account to your verified bank account
5. Expired
- The payment link has not been paid by your customer by the due date.
- You can manually expire an Unpaid payment link if you find some discrepancies in the payment link (after sending it to the customer)
