Step 1: To make a deposit, please log in to your Fazz Business account. Select Dashboard and click "Deposit".
Step 2: Fill in the Deposit Details. Select "General Funds".
Step 3: Select the deposit method. You can choose to deposit via bank transfer or virtual account.
Step 4.1 : If you choose bank transfer, select a bank and enter the amount.
Step 4.2: You can recheck your Deposit Details. If it is correct, click "Proceed"
Step 4.3: You will be directed to the deposit instructions page.
Follow the deposit instructions given. Make sure the deposit amount matches the unique amount added to make it easier for us to identify the deposit transaction. Make the transfer before the date and time listed on this page. Our system will automatically identify the deposit transaction. If there is an error in the deposit, immediately contact support-id@fazz.com
Step 4.4: If you have made the deposit, your funds will be added to the Available Balance within an hour.
Step 5.1: If you choose a virtual account, select an available bank.
Step 5.2: You can recheck your Deposit Details. If it is correct, click "Proceed"
Step 5.3: You will be directed to the deposit instructions page.
Follow the deposit instructions given. You can transfer the amount as needed. Fazz Business will add the balance according to the amount you transfer.
Step 5.4: If you have made the deposit, your funds will enter the Holding Balance within one hour.
