Step 1: To withdraw, please log in to your Fazz Business account. Select Dashboard and click the "Withdraw" button
Step 2: Fill in the Withdraw Details. Select "General Funds"
Step 3: Select the destination bank for the withdrawal. The banks listed are the only bank accounts that have been verified by Fazz Business. If you want to add a bank account, please contact sales@fazz.com
Step 4: Input the details of the amount to be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal is IDR 10,000 and there is no maximum withdrawal in one transaction. After making the request, the funds will be transferred to the destination bank and will take 3 working days.
Step 5: You can recheck your Withdraw Details. If it is correct, click "Proceed"
Step 6: You need to input a 6-digit code sent to the email you are using to log in and then click "Verify".
