Feature Limitations During Eid Holiday

Regarding the Idul Fitri 1444 H holiday and collective leave from April 19th to April 25th, 2023, we would like to inform you of some information for the smoothness of your transactions:

Receive Services:

BRI and BSS virtual accounts: no settlement adjustment (realtime settlement)
Unique amount: there is no settlement adjustment (real-time settlement).
Other virtual accounts, retail outlets, and QRIS: for transactions on April 18-25, the settlement will be on April 26, 2023.

Pay service:

Withdrawals and disbursements will run as usual (with the exception of transactions above Rp. 100,000,000 and RTGS services cannot be performed).

Incident handling:

For BRI and Bank Sampoerna Virtual Account: SLA H+1.
For other payment methods: they will be resolved on the settlement day of each payment method.

Customer Support :

For reporting any obstacles during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, our Customer Support will operate as usual.
